Rice wine vinegar is the base of this Asian-inspired recipe. Our dressing features popular ingredients such as ginger, orange juice, sesame seeds and green onions, which together add a wonderful flavor to your favorite salads and noodle dishes.
Asian Pasta Salad
Cook 9 oz. udon noodles or angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool. In a large skillet, sauté 2 cups chopped asparagus, 2 cups snap peas and 2 cups chopped red and yellow bell peppers in 2 Tbsp. oil until tender but crisp. Toss vegetables, noodles, 1/4 cup shredded carrots and 3/4 cup Sesame Ginger Dressing. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds or chow mein noodles. Serves 4-6.
Shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening.
