The Tajine Staub vessel has a special lid adapted to this type of heat treatment. The profiled cover allows for optimal steam circulation, and therefore, perfect moisturization of the food and removal of unnecessary air. The lower part of the pot is made of enameled cast iron and covered with a non-stick coating inside, preventing food from sticking. The lid of the Tajine is ceramic.
