HD PRO Spetton spears are made of Sandvik steel with 48/50 HRC heat treatment, which makes them very resistant, even when hit on the hardest rocks. The steel hardness test is carried out by penetration, with a diamond point. The particularity of this new series is represented by the special characteristics of the welding in its Shark fins. They are welded with laser micro-welding, with accommodation, not through, avoiding critical points in its structure. All the spears are made with 4 Shark fins, 3 of which are grouped in a backward position, while the last one is further away, to aid in loading. All Shark fins have a hook hole for the mono filament, in order to offer more possibilities for the user. They are all polished and finished by hand, so as not to have abrasive profiles that could damage the mono filament. In addition, the barb is made of 1.2mm reinforced steel with a special extra-resistant rivet.
