The bright color of the buoy with flag keeps you visible to boats and the great buoyancy allows it to be used as a floating device should you need to rest.

To ensure the flag stays upright while swimming, pack your items in the bag first, then inflate the top chamber.
Then inflate the bottom chamber.
This places the weight of the contents lower in the bag.
