The CARBON PRO series cookware from BERLINGER HAUS is made of high-quality cast aluminum covered with a triple granite coating (marble) with a very high hardness coefficient. Outer coating in metallic graphite color. These attractive and fashionable dishes are standardly equipped with SOFT TOUCH handles (silicone handle). Suitable for all types of cookers: gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, induction. The TURBO INDUCTION system (heats up very quickly) allows you to save up to 35% of energy.

Granite coatingIt is a Teflon coating enriched with granite powder, thanks to which it obtains greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon, but retains its advantages: it does not burn and distributes heat well. It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon, but is more resistant to damage, even superior to ceramic coatings.

The granite coating makes that the dishes are exceptionally scratch-resistant and durable. This type of pots and pans also allows you to fry using a minimum amount of fat, because the vessel heats up similarly to a stone and gives off heat with its entire surface.

  The composition of the aluminum body and ferromagnetic bottom allows use on induction cookers and all other types of cookers and the best ac-thermal properties of cast and forged aluminum on all cookers and heating plates.
