Eminent Domain is a game of creation of empires in which the Capabilities of your domain are represented with a deck of cards committed.

When the game begins the decks of all players are identical.

In each turn you must choose a task to start it.

to do it you will add the mandate letter corresponding to your deck.

When you start a mission you can enhance your effect by playing cards of your hand whose symbols match the one of the task you have chosen.

For Example The more times I investigate your empire more effective will be to Investigate in later shifts because you will have more letters with research symbols in your deck.

During the game the players are gaining influence throughout the universe when they expand their empire investigate and exchange resources.

You can Explore to find planets and colonize them or start a war for Incorporate them to your empire (turn them around) and exploit their capabilities and influence produce resources to exchange them or investigate New technologies.

The player whose empire has more influence at the end of the game will dominate the galaxy!
