Описание

A MultiPlus, with ESS (Energy Storage System) functionality The MultiPlus-II is a multifunctional inverter/charger with all the functions of the MultiPlus, plus an optional external current sensor that extends the PowerControl and PowerAssist functions up to 50A and 100A respectively The MultiPlus-II is ideal for professional use in marine, recreational boating, vehicle and off-grid land applications.

It also has built-in anti-islanding functionality and approvals in every country for use as ESS.

Several system configurations are possible.

More detailed information can be found in the ESS Design and Configuration Manual of ESS systems.

An Energy Storage System (ESS) is a specific type of energy system that integrates a grid connection with a Victron inverter/charger, a Venus device and a battery system.

It stores solar energy in its battery during the day, for later use when the sun stops shining.

PowerControl and PowerAssist - boosting the capacity of the grid or a generator A maximum generator or grid current can be set The MultiPlus-II will take the other AC loads into account and use the excess current to charge the battery, thus avoiding overloading the generator or the grid (PowerControl function).

PowerAssist takes the principle of PowerControl to another dimension.

When a power peak is required for a short period of time, as is often the case.

The MultiPlus-II will compensate for the lack of power from the generator.

The shore power or the grid with power from the battery the grid with power from the battery.

When the load is reduced.

The excess power is used to recharge the battery.

Solar power:

AC power available even during a blackout the MultiPlus II can be used in photovoltaic systems, grid-connected or off-grid, and other alternative energy systems.

It is compatible with both solar charge controllers and grid-connected inverters.

Two AC outputs the main output has a no-break function the MultiPlus II takes over the supply to the connected loads in the event of a blackout or disconnection of the port/generator outlet.

This happens so quickly (less than 20 milliseconds) that computers and other electronic equipment continue to operate without interruption the second output is only active when the MultiPlus II input has AC power.

Devices that should not discharge the battery, such as a water heater, for example, can be connected to this output.

Virtually unlimited power thanks to parallel and three-phase operation.

Up to 6 Multis can be operated in parallel to achieve higher power output.

Six 48/5000/70 units, for example, will give an output power of 25 kW/30 kVA and a load capacity of 420 amps in addition to parallel connection, three units of the same model can be configured for three-phase output.

But that´s not all:

up to 6 sets of three units can be connected in parallel which will provide an inverter capacity of 75.

kW / 90 kVA and over 1200 amps of load capacity.

On-site system configuration, monitoring and control.

Configuration can be changed in a matter of minutes with the VEConfigure software (PC or laptop and MK3-USB interface required).

Several monitoring and control options are available:

Color Control GX, Venus GX, Octo GX, CANvu GX, laptop, computer, bluetooth (with optional VE.Bus Smart dongle), battery monitor, Digital Multi Control panel.

Remote configuration and monitoring install a Color Control GX or other GX product to connect to the Internet.

Operating data can be stored and displayed free of charge on the VRM (Victron Remote Management) website.

Once connected to the Internet, systems can be accessed remotely and settings can be changed.
