During the production of balls using the dual bonding method, 32 panels are first sewn together and then glued at the edges. This ball consists of an outer cover made of polyurethane coated with 2 mm of foam. An additional 3 mm layer of foam is placed between the cover and the inner tube. In the next layer, panels with edges covered with glue 3 mm wide are placed and sewn by hand or machine. The glue applied to the edges is activated in the hot mold, making the seams invisible and sealed, meaning the joints between the 32 panels are not felt to the touch. The combination of materials and production method guarantees an extremely soft handball with better grip and roundness.
