Protection against alpine weather - inspired by a legend
The Comici jacket is made of an innovative, windproof, bonded softshell fabric AlpineWool®< span>– The wool is on the inside to provide a nice degree of extra insulation. It has a PFC-free DWR (durable/water repellent) finish to add an extra layer of protection, as well as taped detailing and reduced seams for a clean, finished look. This jacket is named after Emilio Comici, an artist among alpinists who was probably one of the greatest climbers of his generation.

AlpineWool® Softshell
Stormwall is our proprietary, breathable softshell fabric with a tough outer surface that wicks snow and moisture, while an inner support layer and inner windproof membrane allow sweat to easily wick away water vapor outside, keeping you warm and dry. Its mechanical stretchability in four directions ensures full freedom of movement in technical terrain. AlpineWool® is made of wool from mountain sheep, mixed with polyester yarns.

Mountain-specific features
The Comici's mountain-focused features include ergonomic sleeves and arms to allow for high-pitch movements and a relaxed pattern to prevent the hem from riding up while climbing. The one-handed storm hood with rear adjustment and pre-shaped visor is ergonomically designed to fit a climbing helmet. With two zippered chest pockets, Velcro adjustable cuffs and an adjustable stretch hem to keep you warm when you want.
