- The main structural axis of this shoe is its midsole, which consists of 3 important elements: innovative BOOST foam that provides softness and dynamic energy return at the moment of take-off, additional EVA foam that stabilizes the foot and protects it from falling (pronation), and a special Adidas LEP2 Plate .0, the latest version of the famous Torsion stabilization system.
- The LEP 2.0 plate further enhances the stability of the shoe while helping to push the foot forward with each stride.
- Made with at least 50% recycled materials, the shoe's mesh upper has strategically placed foot lockdown zones for added support and good ventilation inside the shoe.
- It is also worth noting that this comfortable upper offers a lot of space for the toes, thanks to which runners with a wider midfoot (quite typical of a pronating foot) will feel extremely comfortable in this shoe.
- Thanks to this, Adidas Solar Glide 5 M shoes will work especially well during free, multi-kilometer runs, providing the user with a sense of comfort and stability.
