Polini has upgraded its Hi-Speed variators for Yamaha Minarelli, improving their performance and features.
Its main feature is the new machining of the mobile half pulley, redesigned with different degrees to allow the belt to increase its travel.
The inside of the roller tracks have received a polishing treatment to improve their sliding.
The rollers are composed of a blend of nylon and aramid fiber.
The contrast spring has a 10% increased load and includes the Evo-slider, the anti-torsion system that eliminates spring tension problems, thus facilitating sliding.
Thanks to the new engine speed, the starts will be incredibly agile.
Variator Polini Hi-Speed Aerox / Jog RR Minarelli horizontal, consists of:
- Variator.
- Set of rollers of 6´9gr (size in mm:16 x13).
- Clutch spring with torsen slider.
- Set of small clutch springs.
- Pin (size in mm):20 x 13 x 38.
