The black surface was obtained thanks to a unique process of firing cast iron in vegetable oil at a very high temperature (oxidation).

Rules of use:

Hand wash only (do not dishwasher)

Rinse and dry before use.

Clean with a brush after use.

After drying, grease with vegetable oil.
