The non-stick granite coating is enriched with granite powder, which gives it greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon, but retains its advantages: it does not burn and distributes heat well. It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon, but is more resistant to damage, even superior to ceramic coatings.


The granite coating makes the dishes exceptionally scratch-resistant and durable. This type of pots and pans also allows you to fry using a minimum amount of fat, because the vessel heats up similarly to a stone and gives off heat over its entire surface.
