Features of silicone molds:  

1. Silicone molds are universal, perfect for low and high temperatures. Typically, the molds withstand temperatures from -40oC to +250oC.

- The upper temperature is up to 250oC (depending on the manufacturer) It does not matter whether we bake in an electric oven with or without convection or in a gas oven, although it is worth remembering not to place the forms right above the burning flame.

- You can also prepare dishes that require cooling or even freezing in the molds. Low or high temperatures do not cause the molds to deform or melt.

2. Silicone molds are resistant to the so-called thermal shock. They withstand sudden changes in temperature, so after removing them from the freezer, you can put the form straight into the oven.

3. They can be used in ovens, freezers, refrigerators, microwave ovens and can also be washed in dishwashers.

4. Thanks to their flexibility, the forms take up little space when stored, which translates into saving space in your kitchen.

5. The silicone cools down very quickly, so you can safely touch the mold 2 minutes after removing it from the hot device.

6. Their advantage is also energy saving. Silicone conducts heat well, which means that the baking time in these molds is 10-20% shorter than in others.

7. The dishes do not stick, and most importantly, silicone molds (except for the first time after purchase) do not need to be greased before baking, which makes your kitchen healthier. Removing the products from the mold will not cause any problems, the cake or dish will not lose its shape when removed.

8. The molds are very easy to wash under running water or in the dishwasher. There is no need to scrub them, just wipe them with a soft cloth. Silicone dries quickly.
