The knife sharpener is equipped with a non-slip base to maintain stability during sharpening. The thicker sharpening element, by adjusting the sharpening angle, is designed to quickly obtain the ideal blade angle. The intermediate ceramic element smoothes the edges, while the thinner one is used for the final polishing of the sharpened edge. We can also sharpen ceramic knives in this slot.

Three sharpening stages offer the possibility of sharpening very blunt or damaged edges and sharpening already profiled blades.
