Insulated screwdriver set VDE Yato YT-2827 - 5pcs

Aset of 5screwdrivers,the core of which is made of S2 steel with a hardness ofHRC 56 - 60. Thescrewdriverhandleis coated with an anti-slip VDE insulating layer, which providesprotection during operation with voltage up to 1000 V AC. The kit is an element of the VDE series dedicated for electrical installation fitters and service technicians.

• Compression resistance- tested with positive results on a tool heated up to 70°C and subjected to a voltage of 5000 V, which wasthen subjected to a point pressure of 20 N.
• VDE coating is firmly embedded on the tool- the coating remains on the tool handle even when tested with 500 N.
• Resistance to high voltage- thetools are approved for use with 1000 V AC and 1500 V DC.
• Fire resistance- the VDE coating does not ignite even if the tool is in a 12 cm flame, for at least 10 seconds.
• High strength even at low temperatures-resistance to cracking of the insulation coating at -40°C according to EN/IEC60900.
• VDE insulationprotects against scratches on surfaces such as aluminium, brass and copper in case of accidental contact with the tool.
