HOPE Floating disc brake

Our floating discs have been redesigned with a wider braking surface to allow them to be used as a replacement in many other braking systems besides ours.

Laser cut stainless steel braking surface.

Floating and ventilated centers available in:black, silver, red, blue, purple and orange.

Standard discs:Standard discs are laser cut from custom sheet steel for fantastic durability.

New design with a larger braking surface to make them more compatible with brakes from other brands.

If you have an old/strange drive you´re looking to replace, there´s a good chance we can have something that fits.

Available in:140, 160, 180, 183, 185, 200, 203, 205, 220 and 225 mm.

Different bolt fixings available to suit a wide range of hub designs.

Ventilated discs:The ventilated disc is designed specifically for our Tech V series brakes.

The disc uses internal fins to allow air to flow between the two friction parts.

The induced airflow significantly reduces heat buildup on the disc.

Fantastic and consistent braking performance in wet conditions thanks to its ability to clean the layer of water through its fins.

Dyno tests show up to 15% less heat buildup compared to our floating discs.
