Shafts made with finishing parameters and very restricted dimensions to obtain a maximum adaptation to all type of mechanisms. Mechanism made of stainless steel tools hard metal to avoid the pollution of the shaft material and possible rust spots of the machined zones. AISI 630 steel is tempered by a special process of long duration and low temperature that maintains a great elastic memory with a hardness level between 44 and 46 Rockwell. Very strict control process done shaft by shaft, before machining, to control the perfect straightness of each shaft. Flopper made of spring stainless steel spring AISI 301 of 0,8 mm of thickness. Mechanical resistance 1269 Nw / mm2 close to the one of the shaft itself. The size of the pin and hole are proportional to the shaft diameter, between 2 and 2.5 mm. The flopper is made proportionally to the shaft length; 55 mm in shaft lengths from 90 to 120 cm and 70 mm in shafts lengths from 130 to 150 cm. Flopper at two-volume, made for a maximum hydrodynamic penetration. Assembly with a light shaft thickness reduction of 1cm in length that integrates in the profile the rivets and improves significantly the reach of the Shaft. The thickness reduction is not a loss in the shaft resistance since the flopper pin is made proportionally according to the diameter of the shaft. Supplied with a flopper holder red o-ring (red color). Reinforced wishbone fitting with curved radius of machining that makes almost impossible to break the shaft in this traditionally weak point. Polyvalent design for metallic and Dyneema wishbones (we recommend to polish the profiles with steel cable). Its design, together with the tempering parameters used, achieve an extraordinary breaking strength in the opening direction of the carved of 190 Nw and 40° of angle. Bullet design shape end highly resistant and with great penetration. Available in diameters: Ø6,25 mm,  Ø6,50 mm y Ø6,70 mm. Measures of length: 75, 90, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 130, 135, 140, 150 cm.
