AISI 630 steel is tempered by a special process of long duration and low temperature that maintains a great elastic memory with a hardness level between 44 and 46 Rockwell. Very strict control process done rod by rod, before machining, to control the perfect straightness of each rod. Flopper made of spring stainless steel spring AISI 301 of 0,8 mm of thickness. Its design, together with the tempering parameters used, achieve an extraordinary breaking strength in the opening direction of the carved of 190 Nw and 40° of angle.
