BRITAX ROMER TRIFIX 2 i-SIZE car seat

Designed for children between 76 and 105 cm (or up to 22 kg), the TRIFIX 2 i-SIZE is a forward facing seat conceived for use after the infant carrier.

Easy and safe to install thanks to its ISOFIX connectors and Top Tether, it has an optimised seat to ensure enough space for a child from 15 months to approximately 4 years.

It also incorporates a range of advanced safety technologies, such as SICT inside, the Pivot Link system and Top Tether with rip-stitch technology, among others.

5-point harness.

The TRIFIX 2 i-SIZE restrains the child up to 105 cm or 22 kg with the 5-point harness, which distributes the impact forces over five points:

two at the shoulders, two at the hips and one where the harness buckles between the legs.

The harness buckle always stays in forward position so that you can place your child more easily and comfortably in the car seat.

The soft chest pads, made of high quality neoprene, reduce the child´s forward movement on impact and make the harness more comfortable.

They can also be easily removed for washing without removing the harness.

V-shaped headrest.

The V-shaped headrest has been specifically designed to keep head movement under control in the event of a side impact, as well as providing comfort.

It can be easily adjusted with one hand, together with the 5-point harness, to accommodate the child´s growth.

Multi-recline positions.

The TRIFIX 2 i-SIZE has four easily adjustable reclining positions to provide a high level of comfort.

Side protection.

The integrated SICT inside offers your child superior protection in the event of a side collision.

SICT inside keeps your child away from the impact while absorbing energy at the same time.

And you don´t have to adapt or adjust anything - SICT inside is always ready when you need it.

The side wings with deep, soft padding also contribute to better protection in the event of a side impact.

Installation with Isofix and Top Tether.

The TRIFIX 2 i-SIZE is installed with Isofix and Top Tether, for which it has universal approval.

Isofix with Pivot Link.

The ISOFIX connectors are equipped with Britax Römer´s patented Pivot Link, which initially directs the force of the impact downwards, pushing the car seat against the vehicle seat and absorbing the energy, and then moves forwards more gently.

This reduces the risk of head and neck injuries.

Top Tether with rip-stitch.

The Top Tether is V-shaped, which reduces forward movement and offers more stability.

It is equipped with rip-stitch technology, a unique pattern of stitches designed to progressively rip in a controlled fashion, absorbing the force of the frontal impact.

Quick-remove cover.

The cover and chest pads are easily taken off for machine washing, without removing the harness.
