The Ingamba turtleneck base layer is the Base Layer WARM+ evolution, the seamless technology has been improved thanks to the introduction of two smart fibers of Emana® and Thermolite polyester in hollow fiber. The Emana® yarn is polyammid, ceramic fiber that improves the microcirculation and blood oxygenation during the physical activity, allowing a better thermoregulation. To increase also thermic properties and maintain a contained garment weight, we have used the Thermolite fiber, that enables a functional isolation and a reduced moist load thanks to hollow core structure. This traps the hot air, therefore it keeps warm. This technical base-layer has a higher elastiitcity and a reduced resistance to movements in any direction thanks to the total seams elimination (except for a point you will find out when you put it on), it becomes one with the body. This jersey is structured with several zones and honeycomb pattern, that identify the body thermic needs, where the body sweats the most. This allows not only to enjoy more comfort and ideal protection for any athlete, but also reduces the garment volume, where possible. You can wear an INGAMBA turtleneck base layer in contact with the skin (combined with other technical garments) on days when temperatures range from -15° to +15°. In some sports, such as running, this base layer can be worn as a single layer. We recommend wearing this garment when temperature is within the range specified above. But to decide what will meet your needs, which will vary depending on the sport, the climatic conditions and your own temperature regulation, you should evaluate what is the average temperature that you will encounter. This garment will retain its technical qualities over the years even after frequent washing but it is important to follow some simple rules for washing and caring for it. Biotex uses fabrics specially created to be in contact with the skin. To maintain their characteristics, we recommend gentle washing at a maximum temperature of 40° and air drying. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the garment´s effectiveness. They must never be ironed. These fluorescent socks may fade after several washes.
