The Patisserie series is a response to the needs of the most demanding chefs specializing in baking cakes and sweets. All forms of the Patisserie series are made of the highest quality, health-safe thin steel, coated on both sides with a non-stick surface layer patented by Ballarini. This surface, called CORTAN, allows for stress-free baking without the risk of cakes sticking. It does not contain any substances harmful to health, in particular PFOA, nickel compounds or heavy metals. Production in the European Union, in the Italian Ballarini factory, guarantees that Patisserie products are safe for health and meet all quality standards. The form has an intuitive side opening, allowing for easy and efficient removal of baked goods. It comes with one type of flat bottom. The product is available in a size of 26 cm in diameter. The product is not dishwasher safe.
