Directions

Preparation Instructions, Serves 1

 

Hot Water

Add ½ cup oats to a bowl. Add ½ - 2/3 cup boiling water (depending on consistency desired). Stir and serve.

Microwave

Add ½ cup oats to a microwave safe bowl. Add ½-2/3 cup water (depending on consistency desired). Heat on HIGH for 60-90 seconds. Remove from microwave and serve. Free Of Gluten and GMOs.
