TECHNICAL INFORMATION:

The symmetrical system allows the shackle to be inserted into the body in both directions.

The sleeve protects the motorbike, for example its rim, from rubbing against the anti-theft device, and therefore from scratches.

Hardened steel has been heat treated that gives it a very rigid structure and high hard-ness carbon alloy gives it mechanical properties superior to those of conventional steels.

As a result, it is highly resistant to various forms of aggression, such as torsion, bending, crushing, impact, abrasion, etc.

By design, materials used and the cross-sections selected, «anti-sawing» products are more resistant to sawing than the requirements of specialized technical classifications.

In addition to the locking system, the device firmly blocks the shackle.

This means it cannot be opened if the shackle is cut.

The vehicle is always protected.

Disc cylinder locks are the most reliable type of lock.

Their design, with no springs or gimmicks, allows operation in all conditions and orientations.

The number of discs means a multiplicity of combinations, while the design of the discs makes picking more complex than with conventional pin locks.

The double locking mechanism enables the removable part of the lock to be locked into the fi xed part at two points.

This maximizes the force and time required to attack it.

The cold-resistant locks have been tested and work even in freezing conditions.

CERTIFICATIONS & GUARANTEES:

The SRA technical center or Safety and Automotive Repair has been set up by a group of insurers and applies to vehicles, their spare parts and their main accessories including anti-theft protection (U-lock, disc lock, chains, electric locks, .

.) Its classification is therefore a guarantee of quality as well as high resistance of the safety device to any attempt of theft (picking, sawing, bolt cutter, drilling).

So when an anti-theft device is SRA approved, it means that you have equipment that can guarantee you protection recognized by insurers.

The SRA approval of an anti-theft device therefore ensures compliance with safety standards.

That´s why you´ll see approved locks that are almost unbreakable.

The classification is valid for 3 years by agreement signed with the SRA.

AUVRAY is recognized capable of manufacturing this type of anti-theft device with the necessary level of security for a minimum period of 3 years.

This does not guarantee the duration of maintaining the level of safety of each device.
