Remember that the foot length obtained during measurement will not be identical to the insole length. About 0.5 cm is usually added to the obtained result, especially if the shoes are not made of leather and will certainly not stretch.

After prolonged exercise, your feet swell a bit, so you should not buy tight-fitting shoes. In the case of mountain shoes, the thickness of the sock being worn is also important.
